Ok, so I’ve been doing yoga for 60 days – kundalini and power yoga. Any kind will do really. I do try to do 4-5 times a week! Find a yoga studio or dvd’s that you love and just do it. I do an hour or and hour and a half depending on time restraints that I have. 1 hour usually.

Green drinks – @jeffdeperon (my trainer) turned me on to them and he has lots of recipes, so tweet him and ask him for them!!!! I like to do Kale, apple juice, green tea, ginger and cinnamon – that’s my fav! I also will get essential greens juice at the market. Some kind of fresh green juice a day is what I’ve done almost every day for 60 days.

What can we do to make the best of it?!  I keep asking myself that and what I keep coming up with is to just live in the moment. Pure and simple as that. I know there is a higher power at work and I need to just relax and let go! Sound familiar to anyone?!!!  I also believe in always thinking positively! You know I’m a huge believer in the law of attraction and I think if you put out good stuff, you’ll get back good stuff and vice versa!

Go out into the world and be yourself – be authentically yourself!!

Take Risks!
Push yourself!
Be kind and Give until it hurts – Give Give Give!!
Love and accept yourself right now.
Have gratitude.
Have Faith and Hope.
Do the best you can every day…then let it go.

These are just some of the messages I am teaching my girls. I know there are a lot more but its a good start, so I thought I’d share that with you too!

We are living in challenging times and we must be mindfull and we must stay positive. “This too shall pass” as my Mom always has said. And “It gets better”. I love those 2 phrases!  I hope you are all following your bliss, your passion, your dreams, or all of the above!!!! I know I sure am and I feel so blessed to be able to live this amazing life!

I am working on new projects and I’m excited to share them with you! Some very exciting stuff, may I say! I am so jazzed – lots of different & exciting opportunities!! I am waying lots of possibilities that I think as fans you will be so jazzed about!!!!! Soon I can speak of them but not quite yet!

I Ran down to my clothing store Belle Gray (www.bellegray.com). I shamelessly plug everything in case I’m new to you!  I grabbed a Gypsy 05 dress to wear to the baby shower. I Love having a store for that reason. I can always find something new and fresh to wear! The store is a one stop shop where you can get Jeans, a t-shirt, flip flops with bling, of course, bags, shoes, dresses, cute tops, dressy sexy dresses, cashmere wraps, etc etc. Its my cozy california closet I like to call it!

Summer is flying by isn’t it?!

The girls are in dance camp and tennis camp! I’m so thrilled they finally wanted to DANCE whoo hoo! My dream come true to have Ballerinas!!!

Harry Hamlin, my hunky husband, is just awesome. We are headed up to our Canada soon – its been in Harry’s Family for over 100 years. We boat, tube, bbq, paddle board, log roll, and hang with our friends. It’s so fun for the kids!

First I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for Watching and Loving “Harry Loves Lisa” Harry and I are so grateful to each and everyone of you for your Love and support of us and the Show!
We are so excited (well I am HH doesn’t really get excited lol) for you to see the hour long fiinale!!!!
HH actually doesn’t get to be super excited in the finale doing something he has never done before and it is a beautiful culmination to his journey. HH has big balls-Courage- Bravery That is. He is a real Risk taker and that’s one of the things I love most about him!
I on the other hand have a different more vulnerable journey to finish out in the finale. It as I have said after seeing it is Raw and Real that is for sure. More than I ever thought I’d show to anyone other than my immediate family. At times it is very graphic the shots that they show youi of my recovery- If I may say so myself I am quite a Stud when it comes to pain! When you see what I do with NO numbing beforehand well you may want to take me out and get me drunk! I’m that CRAZY!
We hope you enjoy the Journey as much as we have had going through it. I hope that we can share a lot more Harry Loves Lisa journeys with you for years to come. Wouldn’t that be something!!!!!!!!!!
