Go Yoga and Go Juice!
Thanks for all of your Yoga questions. I had to share that ab photo because my abs haven’t looked like that since DWTS in 2006!!! You know how hard it is to keep those abs as we get older and I’ve had 2 kids! I’m so excited to share my new routine with you!!!
Ok, so I’ve been doing yoga for 60 days – kundalini and power yoga. Any kind will do really. I do try to do 4-5 times a week! Find a yoga studio or dvd’s that you love and just do it. I do an hour or and hour and a half depending on time restraints that I have. 1 hour usually.
Green drinks – @jeffdeperon (my trainer) turned me on to them and he has lots of recipes, so tweet him and ask him for them!!!! I like to do Kale, apple juice, green tea, ginger and cinnamon – that’s my fav! I also will get essential greens juice at the market. Some kind of fresh green juice a day is what I’ve done almost every day for 60 days.
